Le Pleney, the main ski area of Morzine offers an easy access beginner area, with a really nice progression to slightly steeper and more challenging terrain. With restaurants situated close to the main Pleney bubble lift, the whole ski party can enjoy the breath taking views over a classic alpine lunch.
Outside of Le Pleney ski area you also have the Nyon sector, this includes the steep Chamoussiere face, some big mountain ski touring around the Pointe d’Angolon.
Avoriaz is in the heart of the Portes du Soleil ski area, with access to beautiful views around the whole Portes du Soleil.
