Peak is a British-owned ski school running lessons across Morzine, Avoriaz, Les Gets and Chatel. We don't run lessons, we build skiers. To do that, we need instructors who can actually teach.
If you're chasing your first full winter or you're a seasoned pro, there's a place on the team for you. We'll keep you busy, back you to get better, and treat the season like the best job in the world, because it is.

Teach the way it should be taught.
Small groups, learner-centered coaching, the client at the centre of every decision. You'll have the time to actually teach, not run people through a script.

We invest in our instructors the way we invest in our clients. Mentoring, CPD, a route to BASI Level 3 and 4, and a crew that shares the same standards and the same humour.

Room to grow.
Instructors here go on to lead, coach on the GAP course, and help build new mountain ventures under the Peak umbrella. Show us what you've got and we'll make room for it.

The basics.
- BASI (or equivalent) qualified, Level 2 and up
- Fluent English, all our lessons are taught in English
- A genuine coach: patient, sharp-eyed, good with people
- Available for all or part of the winter season
