Yoga Teacher & SUP Coach
Originally from London, Rosie has been passionately engaged with yoga and wellness for the past 7 years. Exploration of the yogic arts (and a constant yearning for sunnier climates!) has taken her on adventures across India, South East Asia and Australia, diving deeper into the teachings on the way.
Rosie trained in Bali, completing a Yoga Alliance 200-hour training. Since, she has furthered her qualifications, including training in yin yoga, yoga energetics and Stand Up Paddleboarding yoga.
Rosie’s other love is Stand Up Paddle boarding and she is also a fully qualified SUP coach and founded and runs a SUP business in London during the summer season.
Rosie's dynamic yoga classes focus on healthy alignment and core stability, fused with creative flows and her yin classes focus on yoga psychology and energetics. All of her classes are, inclusive, fun and deeply healing.
Rosie has worked in studios across Indonesia and in London both as a yoga and SUP yoga teacher since 2016. She has also facilitated numerous retreats - from yoga and SUP trips in The Netherlands to yoga and surf holidays in Morocco and yoga and ski in the French Alps.
She is deeply passionate about combining yoga, outdoor adventures & nature to aid personal connection and transformation.
Having recently trained as a Thai Yoga Massage therapist, Rosie is excited to incorporate this ancient healing modality into her work on retreats.
With a background in eastern psychology and as a qualified health and wellness coach, Rosie believes in the power of yoga as a body work therapy. Her intention is to guide and support individuals on the journey back into their body. And combining all these skills to help people return to balance – physically, emotionally and energetically.
